TRUCK Contemporary Art in Calgary Summer Residency Program

In cooperation with the City of Calgary’s newly developed Watermarks project, TRUCK Contemporary Art in Calgary is seeking three artists or artist collectives to participate in 3 intensive 3 week long residencies along the Bow River during the months of July, August, and September 2010. International or Canadian artists of all disciplines are encouraged to propose new projects to be developed over the course of the residency period.
An exhibition, performance, or presentation of the work will culminate each residency.Projects submitted for the residencies should focus on an engagement with the history, geography, and social and environmental significance of the Bow River.Production budgets, accommodations, travel costs and CARFAC fees will be paid to all participating artists.

The Camargo Foundation is now accepting applications from composers, writers, and visual artists pursuing specific projects. The interdisciplinary residency program is intended to give Fellows the time and space they need to realise their projects. The Foundations hillside campus overlooks the Mediterranean Sea in Cassis, France; it includes fully furnished apartments, a reference library, and art/music studios. Fellows are provided with self-catering accommodation on campus. A stipend of $1,500 is also available. Fellowships are from mid-September to mid-December, or mid-January to mid-April.

Art Factory Białystok provides artists with an environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and often instigates experimentation with new concepts and materials. The residency is non-prescriptive and process-based, allowing artists to develop projects in response to their new environment. Collaborative projects are strongly encouraged.
The participating artists will be chosen at the beginning of 2010 from an open call. The criteria for picking artists will be: 1) artistic merit, 2) letter of intent.

ARTErra is a private structure of incentive for artistic creation in a quiet and green small village. In a laboratory logic, the artists finds at ARTerra a house with a series of comforts and a yard of creation, with several spaces for creation and development of an artistic work. This structure is placed in Lobao da Beira, a village in PORTUGAL, near Tondela, district of Viseu.
We are now receiving applications from artists.

We are looking for people who are interested about researching and carrying on experiments on sustainable models of operation. Be it either in soft or hardware, in social or physical structures, human interactive processes or engineering techniques- we are looking for creative models of sensitive change and evolvement.

If you are between 18 and 30 years old, a very creative person and having a project that you want to see realized in Berlin, you are a candidate for culturia. culturia offers you to realize your project in an inspiring environment. As an applicant you give a short note of interest to the culturia team. In application sheet all the needed specifications needed have to be filled in.
Additionally you might give samples of your work and your experience along with your application. It is very important that you make a precise description of your plans and project that you want to realize during your stay.
